If you browse our website, we may analyse information about how you use the website, and the content and pages that you interact with, in order to improve the relevance and interest of the content on it. Our legal basis for this processing is legitimate interest.
Every time someone visits our web site, a log file is generated on our computer. The log file records the time and date of your visit, the files that were requested, your IP (Internet Protocol) address, the referrer URL (if provided) and the browser version. We collect this information to help us diagnose problems and administer our systems and to audit the geographical make-up of users and how they have arrived at our site; that is, from what other sites visitors have arrived (this information being obtained from the referrer URL). We do not normally link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable, which means that you remain anonymous throughout your visit even though an IP address is personal data.
We would only attempt to use IP addresses to identify a user when we feel it is necessary to protect our services and other users on the site or are legally required to by law enforcement agencies.
What information do we collect and why?
We use various pieces of information to help us improve your experience in different ways, but we won’t ask you for information that we don’t need.

We have a requirement to send you information about your order such as confirmation of your order and when we have despatched it, so it is essential that we send you these emails.
If we use a courier, they will also use this to keep in touch with you about your delivery and, in most cases, provide you with options to amend your delivery to a time that is more convenient to you.
We will send our customers, and potential customers, exclusive offers, discount vouchers, and new product information by email. Our legal basis for doing so is legitimate interest as you have shown an interest in our products. You can also sign up to receive this information if you haven’t bought a product. For those customers who don’t want to receive these emails, you can change your preferences in the members area or unsubscribe via any email we have sent to you.

Our legal basis for processing this data is legitimate interest.
Purchase History Details
We hold your past purchase information so if you contact us, we can find your order history on our system. This means that we are able to discuss things with you and resolve any queries quickly.
In addition, if a manufacturer ever had a product recall we need to be able to find and contact all customers who purchased the product as quickly as possible. This is a legal obligation for us.
We are also required by HMRC to keep all transactional data for a period of seven years.
From time to time manufacturers change a product and if you buy this product regularly, we will send you an email to keep you updated of the changes to make your shopping experience easier with us.
To create an account, you will need to access the ‘Members Area’. This is a private area that is accessed via the ‘Login Bar’. Visitors to the site can sign up to login using an email address, or via Facebook or Google. From the Members Area, you will be able to check the status of your order, view past orders, check and amend data we hold about you. You can also access your ‘wallet’ where you can store your debit or credit card details.
On the recipe page we invite you to share your favourite recipe with us - to do this you need to add your first name, dog’s name email address and recipe. You can then share with us by using the ‘send’ button. By sharing your name, dog’s name and recipe with us you agree to us using that recipe on the site and for other marketing use - for example we plan in the future to pop a recipe card into orders. Please don’t share a recipe if you don’t wish for us to use it on our website, social media and in other marketing. We will never share your email address.
