Ingredients

  • 400g liver
  • 1 egg
  • 150g spelt flour (or wholemeal)

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C
  2. Put the liver and egg in a blender or food processor.
  3. Whizz until smooth.
  4. In a bowl or in the mixer, combine the flour with the liver mix.
  5. Transfer to No Fuss Paw moulds, pyramid mat or lined tray
  6. Cook in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
  7. Leave to cool and then slice up or pop out of moulds!
